How We Can Help

What We Do in Pensacola

We focus on getting water out of your floors and cleaning up what it soaked.

Water Extraction

We pull standing and soaked-in water out of carpets and floors in homes and businesses.

Flood & Water Damage

Carpet Cleaning After Water

Once the water is out, we deep clean the carpet to lift the dirt and odor the water left behind.

Upholstery & Area Rugs

Wet sofas, chairs and area rugs can often be saved if they're cleaned quickly. Ask us when you call.

Good to know: we don't do mold removal or construction work like tearing out drywall. If your job needs that, we'll tell you so you can call a licensed Florida specialist.

Hurricane Isaias Recovery

Water in your home after Hurricane Isaias?

Isaias came ashore near Destin on October 9, bringing flash flooding to Fort Walton Beach, Destin and Niceville, storm surge along 30A and Miramar Beach, and wind damage that let rain into homes around Milton and northern Santa Rosa County.

If water got into your home, business or rental, get it out as soon as possible. Carpet, pad and furniture that stay wet for more than a day or two are much harder to save, and mold can start to grow.

Where we're working

  • Okaloosa County: Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Niceville, Mary Esther, Shalimar
  • Walton County: 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach, Grayton Beach
  • Santa Rosa County: Navarre, Milton, Pace, Gulf Breeze
  • Escambia County: Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key
  • Plus south Alabama and the Mississippi coast, within about 100 miles

In the area through October 25. We answer calls and texts 24/7.

Before We Get There

What To Do Right Now

A few quick steps can limit the damage and help with your insurance claim.

  1. Stay safe around electricity. If water is near outlets, cords or appliances, stay out of it. Only turn off power at the breaker if you can reach it without standing in water.
  2. Take photos and video. Record the water and anything damaged before you move things. Your insurance company will want them.
  3. Call your insurance company to start a claim, and ask what they need from you.
  4. Get things off the wet floor. Move rugs, electronics and small furniture to a dry spot. Put foil or plastic under furniture legs you can't move.
  5. Don't use a household vacuum on water. It isn't built for it and can be dangerous.
  6. Let air move if it's safe: run the A/C, or open windows if the weather is dry.
